A New Learning & Development Framework

Our client wanted to create a career pathway for its people, bringing to life its existing learning and development offer whilst creating new programmes to plug the gaps and equip their people with the knowledge and skills needed at every level in the organisation.

We carried out a ‘root and branch’ review, consulted with key people around the organisation and working alongside one of our L&D partners, we designed and packaged a comprehensive L&D offer which was then launched. This was instrumental in enabling the organisation to develop people into key roles which would otherwise have been difficult to fill. It also raised the profile of the organisation as an employer of choice helping them to recruit and retain talent.
